Correct ROI colors panel

Introduced in PathViewer 1.1.0 to resolve a bug in OMERO.insight (issue #13146) and to provide a way of moving ROIs from PathViewer 1.0.x line to 1.1.x.

Available options:

  • Do not change colors

    No change to color encoding is applied.

  • Created with Insight

    Corrects color encoding for ROIs created in OMERO.insight 5.2.x or earlier.

  • Created with PathViewer

    Corrects color encoding for PathViewer 1.0.x by adding variable transparency.

Properties panel

Contains information about the image and ROI metadata.

Displayed information depends on the context. If no ROI is selected panel shows the image metadata. If ROI is selected the panel can be used to view and modify ROI properties.
